Qualifications

• Years of experience in the horticultural industry
• Proven track record in sustainability initiatives
• Strong understanding of sustainable materials and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of horticultural container design and production
• Experience with customer service and product development
