ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us (maybe as About the role? Actually heading "About Us" is present. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map sections accordingly. The posting includes "About Us" (company description). Could treat as "About the role"? But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We can use "About the role" heading for the company description? However they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe company overview), Responsibilities (Principle Responsibilities), Requirements (Credentials/Experience Qualification Requirements), Qualifications (maybe Experience/Educational/Training Preferred), Skills (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities), Benefits (What We Offer), maybe Pay/Schedule not present, so omit. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statement etc. Should remove that. Also remove "Combining Strengths..." intro? That's marketing but maybe part of About Us? It's not substantive for job? Might be considered boilerplate? It's part of company description but not essential? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The intro "Combining Strengths..." is not boilerplate but maybe part of About Us. I'd keep it as part of About Us description. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info: company description, shift info? "SHIFT BRI - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - Michigan)" maybe metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably include as a short paragraph under About the role? Might be considered minor metadata; we can put in a

after heading. Position Summary: we can include as prose under About the role or separate? Could be part of About the role. But we have separate sections: Responsibilities etc. The Position Summary is a summary; we could put under About the role as description. Principle Responsibilities: list items; we need to convert to

    • . There are many bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We'll split each sentence as a list item. Credentials/Experience Qualification Requirements: list of requirements: High School diploma..., Directly related experience..., Driver’s License required. We'll list as
      • . Experience/Educational/Training Preferred: list: Journeyman’s card desirable, Aerial Lift certification desirable, Forklift operator’s desirable. We'll list. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of items; we can split each sentence. Other Requirements: Work Environment, Physical Requirements: these are paragraphs; we can keep as

under maybe Requirements? But they are not exactly requirements; maybe we can include under Requirements as prose. What We Offer: list of bullet points: Opportunity to work..., Ability to help..., Comprehensive benefit package, Ability to work in an organization that values: Integrity First..., Teamwork..., Results... We'll list. We must omit EEO statement etc. Now produce HTML. Let's craft. Start with

        About the role

        then

        Then maybe include shift info:

SHIFT BRI - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - Michigan)

Then Position Summary: could be part of About the role but we already have description; maybe add another

Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing diagnostics and repairs related to the mechanical aspects of CNC machinery and equipment. They should be able to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machines with minimal instructions, and carry out complex mechanical assignments regularly. The Industrial Maintenance Technician is expected to improve safety, maintenance techniques and operations independently, while adhering to the company's principles of safety, continuous improvement, and customer-driven innovation.

        Now Responsibilities heading:

        Responsibilities

        then
with each responsibility sentence. Let's extract sentences from "Principle Responsibilities" block: - Visually inspects and tests CNC machinery and equipment and performs routine, scheduled designated preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and associated equipment. - Discusses machine operation variations with management or production workers to diagnose equipment problems. - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues affecting CNC operations. - Assist with the installation, calibration, and setup of new CNC equipment and tooling. - Use technical documentation to aid in troubleshooting - Determine root cause of failure and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence and reduce Mean Time To Repair - Review previous failure modes to aid in root cause discovery - Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for component cost, availability and repair - Repair failures using alternative methods of repair or application - Follow up on repairs with equipment observation and monitoring - Manage all phases of repair projects from origination to completion - Develop, document, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize Mean Time Between Failure - Identify proper lubrication techniques and intervals for equipment - Perform alignment checks and mechanical clearances to ensure proper operation - Research, develop, and document critical spare parts for equipment - Provide guidance to management and engineering on capital equipment investments - Provide guidance to other maintenance personnel - Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals - Write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups - Perform basic mathematical operations - Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form - Work in conjunction with outside suppliers and contractors - Work well under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands - Perform additional duties as requested by management. Make each
        • . Now Requirements heading: maybe combine Credentials/Experience Qualification Requirements and Experience/Educational/Training Preferred and Other Requirements? But we can have separate headings: Requirements (for mandatory), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). However instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have:

          Requirements

          for mandatory credentials.

          Qualifications

          for preferred.

          Skills

for Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. Other Requirements (Work Environment, Physical Requirements) maybe could be placed under Requirements as prose? But they are not exactly requirements; maybe we can include under Requirements as

sections. But we must not create thin sections; we can incorporate them under Requirements as prose. Let's do:

          Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree

Directly related experience in industrial or manufacturing mechanic comparable role with 5+ years' experience.

          Driver’s License is required.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

          But we should use
          • for lists; but these are not list items? Could be

            . The instruction: Use

            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So for requirements list we should use

              • . For work environment and physical requirements, they are prose; we can keep as

                . Thus:

                Requirements

                • High School diploma or general education degree
                • Directly related experience in industrial or manufacturing mechanic comparable role with 5+ years' experience.
