Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we need to map content to these headings. The instructions: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings when we have content. We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections apply.
We have Position Summary -> could be About the role.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities -> Responsibilities.
Cultural Competencies maybe part of Requirements? Could be Skills? Might be Qualifications? The posting includes Qualifications (Education & Experience, Preferred Qualifications, We will absolutely know...). So we can have Qualifications section.
Systems Usage maybe Skills? Could be Skills section.
Performance Metrics and Trends maybe part of Requirements? Not sure.
Pay Range -> Pay section.
Schedule: not mentioned, so omit.
Benefits: not mentioned, omit.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent.
We must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to break down content into lists where appropriate.
