Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Maintenance & Coordination:
- Perform oil changes and routine inspections on company vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain fluid levels, filters, tires, and general vehicle condition.
- Load trucks nightly and strap A-frames securely.
- Drive box trucks locally and transfer vehicles between company locations.
- Production & Facilities Maintenance:
- Perform light industrial repairs on production equipment.
- Operate fabrication machinery as needed to support production.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks per manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of tools and work areas.
- Administrative & Safety Tasks:
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Track inventory and coordinate tool/supply needs.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 125 lbs and perform regular physical tasks including stooping, crouching, standing, walking, and grasping.
- Work is performed in a production environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
- Steel toe boots and safety glasses required (hearing protection may be required).

Qualifications
- Education & Experience: 2-3 years of related experience in industrial or fleet maintenance preferred.
- Skills & Competencies: Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, diagrams, and memos; fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills; basic math and reasoning skills; valid driver’s license and DOT Medical Certification required.
Schedule
- 8-10 hour shift.
- Evening shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Overtime as needed.
- Weekends as needed.
