Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Maintenance & Coordination:
  • Perform oil changes and routine inspections on company vehicles.
  • Monitor and maintain fluid levels, filters, tires, and general vehicle condition.
  • Load trucks nightly and strap A-frames securely.
  • Drive box trucks locally and transfer vehicles between company locations.
• Production & Facilities Maintenance:
  • Perform light industrial repairs on production equipment.
  • Operate fabrication machinery as needed to support production.
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks per manufacturer recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of tools and work areas.
• Administrative & Safety Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  • Track inventory and coordinate tool/supply needs.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 125 lbs and perform regular physical tasks including stooping, crouching, standing, walking, and grasping.
• Work is performed in a production environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
• Steel toe boots and safety glasses required (hearing protection may be required).

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: 2-3 years of related experience in industrial or fleet maintenance preferred.
• Skills & Competencies: Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, diagrams, and memos; fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills; basic math and reasoning skills; valid driver’s license and DOT Medical Certification required.

Schedule

• 8-10 hour shift.
• Evening shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime as needed.
• Weekends as needed.
