Position type: Hourly

The Industrial Maintenance Support Technician provides hands-on support to the Maintenance Department with a primary focus on machine coolant and equipment support.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled coolant changes and monitor coolant levels and replenish coolant as required.
• Clean and maintain coolant tanks, screens, filters, pumps, hoses, and related components.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, entrances, and exterior work areas.
• Perform routine groundskeeping, seasonal cleanup, snow/ice removal, and general outdoor maintenance as assigned.
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with assigned maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely handle industrial coolants, lubricants, and cleaning materials.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience showing basic mechanical aptitude.
• Previous coolant or fluid-maintenance experience – preferred.
