Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Role: Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading a team supporting high-speed food manufacturing lines. Key Responsibilities Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities.Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Respond promptly to equipment downtime to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.Collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement, reliability, and cost reduction.Ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA standards.Coach technicians, manage work orders, and optimize parts inventory.Maintain a collaborative, performance-driven work environment.
