Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy industrial equipment that supports our sandblasting and painting operations. This includes diesel air compressors, diesel trucks, and media blasting systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with diesel air compressors, diesel trucks, and media blasting systems
• Work both in-shop and in the field to perform maintenance tasks
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced mechanics
• Grow into a Head of Maintenance position as our company expands

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working in both an indoor and outdoor environment
• Leadership qualities and the ability to take on more responsibilities as the company grows

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$45,000 - $67,500 yearly based on experience
