Industrial Maintenance Electrician / Millwright

Role: Journeyman Electrician / Millwright supporting titanium casting operations for aerospace and defense customers. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems on furnaces, casting, machining, and support equipment.Interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure proper setup and repairs.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and internal safety and quality standards.Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain critical manufacturing equipment to support reliable production processes. Qualifications And Skills Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician or Millwright, with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Ability to interpret technical schematics and drawings.Knowledge of safety standards including NEC and OSHA regulations.Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
