Pay: $26.00 - $34.28 per hour (plus $0.75 per hour shift premium).

Our maintenance teams keep production moving. You’ll work with automated systems and precision equipment, including laser cutting machines. Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing systems
- Supporting upgrades and installations
- Troubleshooting issues before they become problems
- Keeping safety and efficiency front and center
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and restorative maintenance on plant equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Work with Relay Logic and PLC controls
- Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Fabricate and install mechanical components
- Move and relocate machinery, install attachments, and guards safely
- Work at heights as required
- Maintain a strong safety orientation and leadership skills
Requirements
- Strong safety orientation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Demonstrated fabrication and mechanical installation skills
- Experience performing preventative maintenance across plant equipment
- Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in basic math, including fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Resides within a reasonable commuting distance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or a similar field from an accredited institution
- ACT WorkKeys NCRC Gold or Platinum level

Flexible schedule with potential for extended work hours and weekends as needed.
