Cardinal Staffing is interviewing for a Forklift Repair Mechanic position in Holly, MI.

We're looking for candidates who will be comfortable working overtime and weekends for a company that has a lot of growth opportunities.

$23 – $30 per hour depending on experience.

Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm plus occasional overtime.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose issues with propane and diesel forklifts.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance (PMs) according to manufacturer specifications to prevent equipment downtime.
Component Repairs: Repair and replace components as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all forklifts are in safe working condition and meet OSHA safety and operational standards.
Fully participate in and support the Delta Tube & Fabricating Quality System.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures especially concerning safety and personal conduct.
Perform all other duties as listed in procedures and/or assigned by managers.

1+ years of hands-on experience as a forklift mechanic, industrial maintenance mechanic, or heavy equipment technician preferred, but not required.
Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
Must possess own tools.
Ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand or bend for extended periods.
Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform other movements required for maintenance for the entire shift.
