Industrial Engineer Staff

About the role

Support one of the vehicle, missile, or rocket programs, working closely with the Product Manager, Program Support Team, and the Industrial Engineering/Estimating Manager.

Responsibilities

• Effectively apply traditional I.E. techniques and disciplines including: Manloading, work flow, and learning curves
• Estimating, capacity analysis, capital equipment justification, and make vs. buy studies
• Standards and equivalent units completed calculations
• Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, and Outlook

Requirements

• STEM related Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with process evaluation and optimization and/or calculating utilization and identifying bottle necks
• Experience with developing and implementing process improvements
• Experience developing and presenting business cases for ROI
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen

• This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $94400.00 - $175200.00
