Industrial Engineer Senior Specialist
Job Summary
The Industrial Engineer Senior Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions across sortation, distribution, and logistics operations. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to improve throughput, reliability, cost efficiency, and safety across automated systems.
Location
Remote with preference of Dallas, Columbus, and Chicago - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
Compensation
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $105k- $130k, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $105k- $157k. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Advanced knowledge of industrial automation, controls systems, and continuous improvement methodologies in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of conveyors, sortation systems, and material handling equipment
- Ability to travel up to 50%
