Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer Senior Specialist at OnTrac is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions across sortation, distribution, and logistics operations. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to improve throughput, reliability, cost efficiency, and safety across automated systems.

Location

Remote with preference for Dallas, Columbus, Chicago, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.

Compensation

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $105k-$130k, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure of $105k-$157k. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial automation, controls systems, and continuous improvement methodologies in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of conveyors, sortation systems, and material handling equipment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
