Industrial Engineer - Launch Automation

About the role

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex business problems. Works closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals
• Lead project teams through all phases of development, from ideation to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to ensure seamless integration of solutions
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide guidance to team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain high levels of productivity

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
