What You Will Do

• Apply lean tools and methodologies to identify waste, improve throughput, and enhance overall manufacturing performance
• Work cross‑functionally to support site‑level improvement targets and achieve macro plan milestones
• Collaborate across all levels of the business to reduce days-to-manufacture, increase efficiency, and improve flow
• Develop and optimize methods for effective utilization of production facilities, equipment, and personnel
• Support data‑driven decision-making through analysis of processes, capacity, variation, and performance metrics
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen manufacturing systems and standard work
• Travel up to 5%

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience in Manufacturing operations environment

Qualifications We Prefer

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline
• Industrial Engineering experience
• Experience using continuous improvement tools such as Lean, CORE, Six Sigma
• Object‑oriented programming experience (e.g., Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Python, R)
• SAP experience
