Role: Industrial Engineer Responsibilities Design and optimize factory layouts, workstations, and production flow to enhance throughput, safety, and efficiency.Analyze material flow, work-in-process, and production sequencing to reduce delays and improve on-time delivery.Lead capacity planning, labor modeling, line balancing, and constraint analysis to support current and future production needs.Conduct time studies and establish labor standards to support standard work development.Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, and waste reduction, while tracking key performance indicators.Evaluate workstation design, ergonomics, and operator movement to improve safety and productivity.Support new product introductions, automation, facility planning, and capital investments with operational analysis.Partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, ensure compliance with quality standards, and promote a culture of operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.Expertise in capacity planning, work measurement, line balancing, and data analysis.Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, engineering software, and analytical tools.Strong problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and project leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Duties: Improving manufacturing performance, capacity, and material flow; leading continuous improvement initiatives; supporting facility and product development; and fostering cross-department collaboration to achieve operational excellence.
