Industrial Electrical Technician- PLC/SCADA Controls - Filtration Plant
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, program, calibrate, and repair PLCs, SCADA systems, VFDs, telemetry, instrumentation, and electrical equipment
- Install, modify, and maintain electrical circuits, control panels, automated systems, and related equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on low- and medium-voltage systems
- Support capital improvement projects, system upgrades, planning, and equipment recommendations
- Maintain fiber-optic networks and process-control systems while responding to emergency or on-call needs
What You Bring
- Associate degree or technical school training with at least three years of related experience, or five years of industrial electrical or controls experience
- Allen County Journeyman Electrician License, or five years of documented experience working with industrial PLCs and electrical systems
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team in a safety-focused environment
Preferred Certifications
- CPR and First Aid
- Confined Space Entry
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- PLC and SCADA programming and troubleshooting
- Variable frequency drives, telemetry, and instrumentation
- Industrial electrical controls and automated systems
- Low- and medium-voltage electrical systems
- National Electrical Code and workplace safety practices
- Fiber-optic and process-control networks
Pay
$31.00-$36.50 per hour
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
