Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, including troubleshooting malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, calibrating equipment, and ensuring proper operation of automated machinery.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades or modifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they cause disruptions.
- Troubleshoot plant equipment problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Controls Industrial Maintenance Technician.
- Experience working on PLC programming and troubleshooting, specifically with Allen Bradley and HMIs.
- Experience working in a multi-craft industrial manufacturing or similar environment with control technician, electrician, and/or mechanic roles.
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, troubleshooting, pipe fitting, and installation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to use CMMS to perform Preventive Maintenance (PMs) and report on plant issues.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- PLC trainings and/or certifications.
- Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to work night shifts.
Skills
- PLC programming and troubleshooting.

- Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Night shift 2/2/3 hours: 6pm-6am
