$1,000 Sign-On Bonus! We value your expertise from day one. Earn $250 after your first month, another $250 after three months, and $500 after six months as a thank-you for joining our team and contributing to our success.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of established and evolving electrical systems, troubleshooting and upgrading legacy equipment to keep production strong and efficient.
• Demonstrate leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Anticipate problems and implement appropriate preventative measures.
• Develop new techniques for work processes.
• Redirect to issues as they emerge and reprioritize based on current business conditions.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures and OSHA laws.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Good knowledge in the electronic diagnostics of PLC’s, AC/DC drive systems.
• A State Electrical license, technical certificate, or a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow through on projects assigned with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Requires use of proper body mechanics with pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
• Pushing/pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination.
• Requires near visual acuity.
• Requires working around and operating departmental equipment.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility.
• Requires the ability to function in a professional manner under stressful circumstances.

Work Environment

• Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
• Occasionally exposed to hazardous materials.
• Regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
