This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-level growth strategies for Type I clients
• Shape client business cases across service lines and geographies
• Drive expansion into adjacent services and new markets
• Lead complex portfolios with significant revenue and risk exposure
• Balance growth, margin, retention, and service diversification
• Maintain executive-level relationships across the client organization
• Mentor and develop future Client Services Managers

Requirements

• 15+ years in environmental engineering and consulting with a focus on business development
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field
• Strong executive acumen with a proven track record in strategic growth leadership
• Ability to manage complex client portfolios while ensuring quality and profitability
• Experience in developing strategic business opportunities for large capital projects

Pay

$144,000 – $236,000 annually
