Industrial Controls Technician

Controls Technician to support manufacturing operations by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial control systems and PLCs. Key Responsibilities Diagnose equipment and control system issues to restore safe, reliable operation.Program, modify, and maintain PLCs and HMIs.Work with VFDs and motor control systems.Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.Perform preventive maintenance on industrial control equipment.Support process improvements and participate in safety-focused problem solving.Partner with production and maintenance teams to ensure continuous operational performance. Qualifications & Skills Strong working knowledge of industrial controls, PLCs, and HMI programming.Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system faults.Experience with VFDs, motor controls, and related industrial equipment.Proficiency reading electrical schematics and maintaining control systems.Commitment to safety and reliable plant operation.
