Industrial Controls Technician

Controls Technician to support manufacturing by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical control systems and automation equipment. Key Duties Install and maintain PLC-based automation systems, drives, sensors, and HMIs.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and control-related equipment issues.Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient line operation.Read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and control documentation.Support process improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities.Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams in a safety-first environment. Qualifications & Skills Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical controls and industrial automation.Working knowledge of PLCs, drives, sensors, and HMIs.Ability to interpret and maintain accurate schematics and technical documentation.Preventive maintenance experience and a commitment to safety and quality.Effective teamwork and communication with cross-functional groups.
