About the role
This role is part of Industry X’s Manufacturing & Operations practice. Professionals in this area help clients achieve digital transformation within their core manufacturing and operations throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. The focus is on unlocking new sources of operational and capital efficiency and effectiveness.
Manufacturing Consultants define and design the future state of manufacturing companies, including organizational, operational, and technical models to modernize core operations across EHS, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Operational/Manufacturing Excellence functions. The work involves digitizing plants, sites, and centers by scaling cross-facility operations using AI, IoT, automation, wearables, and predictive analytics to enable multi-site plant optimization, increase production reliability, improve product quality, enhance worker safety, and drive sustainable operations.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Industrial and Automotive reinvention initiatives, focusing on complex, large-scale manufacturing engineering projects.
- Transform large brownfield plants, design greenfield plants, and prepare for new product launches.
