Industrial Architecture Team Lead

About the role

We're looking for an Industrial Architecture Team Lead who can take responsibility for operations, lead multidiscipline teams, and implement company policy.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, morale, and marketing support
• Administer administrative responsibilities for studio staff, including managing team utilization and balancing project workloads both within the area and in coordination with national industrial architecture studios
• Lead and coordinate services with other local studios, national industrial architecture studios, and engineering business groups
• Ensure all work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through a proactive project management system
• Select, train, develop, and manage studio staff
• Work cooperatively with Managing Principal, Project Managers, and other studio leaders on project staffing
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 7 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good leadership and organizational skills
