Industrial Architecture Studio Lead

About the role

We're looking for an Industrial Architecture Studio Lead who can take responsibility for operations, lead multidiscipline teams, and implement company policies. You'll be part of a team that designs spaces and experiences to enhance community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, morale, and marketing support
• Administer administrative responsibilities for studio staff, including managing team utilization and balancing project workloads
• Coordinate services with other local and national studios, and engineering business groups
• Implement, monitor, and support company policy
• Select, train, develop, and manage studio staff
• Work cooperatively with Managing Principal, Project Managers, and other studio leaders on project staffing
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good leadership and organizational skills
