Industrial Architecture Team Lead
About the role
We're looking for an Industrial Architecture Team Lead who can take charge of production sections, lead teams, and implement company policies. Your work will influence how people experience the world.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, morale, and marketing support
- Administer administrative responsibilities for studio staff, including managing team utilization and balancing project workloads both within the area and in coordination with national industrial architecture studios
- Lead and coordinate services with other local studios, national industrial architecture studios, and engineering business groups
- Ensure all work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through a proactive project management system
- Select, train, develop, and manage studio staff
- Work cooperatively with Managing Principal, Project Managers, and other studio leaders on project staffing
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in similar project types, such as mission critical facilities, data centers, advanced manufacturing, water treatment, maintenance facilities, or similar
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
- Maintains a professional architecture license and is willing to stamp drawings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 7 years experience
- Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
