What You Will Do

• Drive Growth and Market Expansion
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Industrial/Data Centers market
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets

• Establish and grow key client relationships at local, regional, and national levels
• Collaborate with local operations and expand existing client relationships
• Leverage your network and industry presence to position S&ME as a trusted partner for each of our service lines

• Lead, Build, and Inspire Teams
• Partner with internal leaders to build the team, capabilities, and resources needed to scale
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Ensure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics

What You Bring

• Proven success driving revenue growth of our core services (geotechnical, environmental, civil and construction materials testing/special inspections) within Industrial, Data Centers, or similar markets
• Strong network and client relationships within the industrial and/or data center industry
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles
• You have a proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the Industrial and Data Center market
• Relevant professional licensure (PE/PG or equivalent) is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
