Individual Giving Officer

For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking an Individual Giving Officer to join their team. This role focuses on driving fundraising initiatives within a mission-driven environment, directly influencing customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

You will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Collaborating with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams, you will turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising streams for individual giving, including major, annual, and planned giving
• Identify and engage new donor prospects capable of making major gifts
• Manage a pipeline of 75-100 major gift prospects using a data-driven approach
• Discuss philanthropic goals with donors regarding legacy giving
• Maintain detailed records of donor interactions in the organization’s CRM
• Collaborate with teams to achieve a nationwide annual fundraising goal
• Represent the CF Foundation at speaking engagements to update on company initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-10 years of major gift fundraising experience with success in securing $100K+ gifts
• Strong understanding of donor engagement and stewardship practices
• Proficiency in cultivating strategic donor relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for impactful storytelling
• Competency with donor databases and Microsoft Office tools
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Pay

$126,200 – $157,600 annually
