Security Officer 1

Mayo Clinic · La Crosse, WI · 3 wk ago
OTHR$26.63–$35.98/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about Mayo Clinic being top-ranked etc. That's like an intro. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Mayo Clinic". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes: - Intro paragraph: "Why Mayo Clinic Mayo Clinic is top-ranked in more specialties than any other care provider according to U.S. News & World Report. As we work together to put the needs of the patient first, we are also dedicated to our employees, investing in competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit plans – to take care of you and your family, now and in the future. And with continuing education and advancement opportunities at every turn, you can build a long, successful career with Mayo Clinic." That's about Mayo Clinic, could be "About the role" or "About Mayo Clinic". Probably "About the role" is appropriate. - Benefits Highlights: list of benefits: Medical: Multiple plan options. Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement account for flexible coverage. Vision: Affordable plan with national network. Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs for eligible expenses. Retirement: Competitive retirement package to secure your future. That's benefits. - Responsibilities: long paragraph describing duties. We need to break into list items? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert responsibilities into list items. The responsibilities paragraph includes many sentences separated by commas and semicolons. We can split into logical items. - Qualifications: list of qualifications. Also could be list. - Skills? Not explicitly separate; qualifications include skills. Could combine. - Pay: Compensation Detail $26.63- $35.98/hour; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. - Schedule: Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80; Schedule Details: The schedule consists of five, 8-hour shifts. There are 4 shifts available: 0600-1400 1000-1800 1800-0200 2200-0600; Weekend Schedule Every third weekend. - Also mention Exemption Status Nonexempt, Benefits Eligible Yes, International Assignment No, Site Description (multiple campuses). That could be part of "About the role" or separate "Site Description". But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine site description into About the role. - Also mention "During the selection process, you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview..." That's application instructions; we should remove application instructions per instruction: Remove ... application instructions. So we should drop that paragraph. - Also mention "This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position." That's maybe metadata; could be folded into a short p. - Also mention "Qualifications High school degree or GED equivalent is required...." That's qualifications. - Also mention "Must have and maintain a valid driver's license..." etc. - Also mention "Exemption Status Nonexempt" maybe part of Pay or separate. We need to avoid duplication. Also remove duplicated lines like "Must obtain certification from the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) as a Healthcare Security Officer within six months, Must successfully complete onboarding and Global Security Academy within 30 days of hire. Must successfully complete field training withing three months from completing the Global Security Academy. Must obtain the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Basic Level for Healthcare Security Officers within six months from date of hire. Must have complete Basic Life Support and Stop The Bleed training within six months from date of hire." That's qualifications. We need to ensure we keep all substantive info. Let's structure:
