Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to combat antisemitism and extremism.
• Conduct research and analysis on hate groups and extremist ideologies.
• Engage with community leaders, policymakers, and influencers to promote civil rights and social justice.
• Manage and maintain the ADL’s online presence, including social media platforms.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure comprehensive coverage of hate incidents and extremism.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Policy, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in anti-hate work, civil rights advocacy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for fighting hate and promoting civil rights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of hate groups and extremist ideologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
