Indirect Sourcing Specialist

The latter division is the fastest growing, prioritizing high standards of customer satisfaction. About the Opportunity:The INDIRECT SOURCING SPECIALIST supports sourcing activities for indirect spend categories such as facilities, professional services, MRO, office supplies, and other operational expenses. This role contributes by driving sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, administering contracts, and identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities:Support sourcing projects across indirect spend categoriesExecute competitive bidding processes including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPsAnalyze supplier quotations, proposals, and commercial termsPerform cost analyses and benchmarkingResearch market trends and supplier capabilitiesAssist with supplier onboarding and qualificationMaintain supplier records and documentationMonitor supplier performance and complianceHelp resolve supplier performance issuesParticipate in supplier review and improvement initiativesCoordinate contract review and approvalMaintain contract files and track renewalsSupport compliance with procurement policiesMonitor contract expirations and assist negotiationsCollaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needsSupport identification of sourcing opportunities and supplier selectionAlign procurement activities with business requirementsTrack sourcing results and savings initiativesSupport budget planning and spend analysisAssist with invoice discrepancies and payment inquiriesPrepare management reports and presentationsIdentify and support procurement process improvementsMaintain procurement data and metricsPerform other duties as assigned Requirements:3–5 years experience in purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management, preferably in indirect spendExperience with ERP systems and procurement tools; preference for Infor LNProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingDemonstrated ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and present findingsStrong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments Pay Range and Compensation Package:$85,000 plus additional compensation based on experience Benefits & Perks:401(k) with matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time off and holidaysVision insurance Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
