LOCATION

Huntersville, NC
First 90 days fully on-site; thereafter 3 days/week in-office required

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Own strategic sourcing across a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories
• Deliver validated savings, optimize commercial agreements, and mitigate contractual and operational risk
• Build and execute category strategies aligned to enterprise financial targets
• Lead complex negotiations and contract redlining across high-value supplier agreements
• Develop TCO models and financial analyses that inform executive decision-making
• Deliver structured updates to leadership on pipeline performance and value realization
• Drive supplier governance, holding vendors accountable to performance and contract terms
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategy with enterprise priorities
• Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risk across the supplier base

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 7–10 years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience
• Experience in the area of logistics is a strong plus
• Demonstrated success leading sourcing initiatives with measurable financial impact
• Strong contract negotiation and redlining capability
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling and spend analysis experience
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence
• High accountability, grit, and operational intensity
