Indirect Sourcing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance sourcing processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Evaluate procurement systems and vendor agreements to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Manage requests for proposals and oversee bidding processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality service and products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align sourced products and services with business needs.
• Review and amend software or service renewals, amendments, and purchase orders.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, focusing on supplier management and productivity.
• Conduct industry benchmark studies to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Function as a procurement liaison for new product launches, managing sourcing activities to meet project goals.

Pay
