Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Jacuzzi Bath is the fastest growing division focusing on the highest standard of customer satisfaction.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Indirect Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting sourcing activities across indirect spend categories, including facilities, professional services, MRO, office supplies and other operational expenditures. In this role, the Indirect Sourcing Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to execute sourcing initiatives, build strong supplier relationships, support contract administration, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to procurement success in a fast-paced environment.Key Duties of the Indirect Sourcing SpecialistStrategic Sourcing Support Support sourcing projects across various indirect spend categoriesAssist in executing competitive bidding processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPsCollect and analyze supplier quotations, proposals, and commercial termsPerform cost analyses and benchmarking to support sourcing decisionsResearch market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments Supplier Management Support supplier onboarding and qualification activitiesMaintain supplier records and documentation in company systemsMonitor supplier performance, delivery, service levels, and compliance requirementsAssist in resolving supplier performance issues and implementation challengesParticipate in supplier review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Contract Administration Coordinate contract review and approval processes with internal stakeholdersMaintain contract files and ensure timely renewal trackingSupport compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligationsMonitor contract expiration dates and assist with renewal negotiations Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Distribution, Marketing, and other departments to understand purchasing needsSupport internal customers in identifying sourcing opportunities and selecting suppliersEnsure procurement activities align with business requirements and company policies Financial Analysis & Reporting Track sourcing project results and savings initiativesSupport budget planning and spend analysis activitiesAssist with invoice discrepancy investigations and supplier payment inquiriesPrepare reports and presentations for management review Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and supplier performanceSupport implementation of procurement best practices and standardization effortsMaintain accurate procurement data and reporting metricsOther duties as assigned Compensation for Indirect Sourcing Specialist $85,000 + (Based on experience) Requirements Experience & Qualifications3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management, preferably within indirect spend categoriesExperience working with ERP systems and procurement tools; familiarity with Infor LN is preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and cost comparisonsDemonstrated experience identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives, analyzing results, and presenting recommendations to leadershipStrong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment Benefits 401(k) with matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time off and HolidaysVision insurance
