Indirect Funding Specialist

About the role
The Indirect Funding Specialist works with third-party dealers and internal partners to verify contract packages. The role requires proficiency in underwriting policies and procedures, reviewing loan documents, and collaborating with dealer partners to resolve pending items.
Responsibilities
- Complete deal reviews with a high sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.
- Use knowledge and background to identify opportunities within deal packets.
- Analyze and assess information to detect and avoid fraudulent activity, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and credit stipulations.
- Provide escalations and overview of deals through notes and touchpoints.
- Maintain professional communication with dealership partners.
- Take ownership of specialized department processes and projects as needed.
- Address dealer questions and educate partners on funding policies.
- Foster internal relationships and collaborate with Dealer Specialists and other departments.
Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED required.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of funding experience (nice to have).

Schedule
Hybrid flexibility: In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; Work-from-Home Monday and Friday. Hours of operation: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
