Indigenous Research Project Manager

About the role

The focus of this role will be to oversee and deliver research services to support the operations of the DVC Indigenous Portfolio. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate projects aligned to the strategic goals for the Monash Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Framework, focusing on engagement, research, and capacity building.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Indigenous HDRs have access to tailored support services, including mentoring programs, networking opportunities, and specific guidance on navigating the research environment within the university.

Requirements

Undergraduate qualifications and relevant experience; or extensive experience and leadership expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

HEW 8 $124,343 - $137,251 (plus 17% super)
