About the role

This call for Expressions of Interest seeks talented First Nations scholars to join the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Level B (Education Focused) to support the teaching of the Indigenous health curriculum and support of Indigenous students in any of the Faculty’s disciplinary fields.

Responsibilities

• Be embedded in Schools / Departments and have strong links to the Gukwonderuk Unit.
• Have a healthcare background.
• Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Requirements

Only Indigenous Australians are eligible to apply for this position as it is exempt under the Special Measure Provision, Section 12 (1) of the Equal Opportunity Act 2011 (Vic).

Qualifications

A healthcare background.

Skills

Strong links to the Gukwonderuk Unit.

$123,138 - $146,228 pa Level B (plus 17% employer superannuation)
