About the Role

Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks an Internal Medicine physician to practice team-based care in the Greenbush Street Family Medicine Clinic in Lafayette, IN. This busy outpatient clinic serves patients of all socioeconomic statuses with a supportive staff and excellent Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to delivering the best care.

• 4 or 5 day schedule per week
• 100% outpatient practice
• Low call responsibility
• Physician and APP longevity
• Excellent base salary plus incentive opportunities

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a Medical License in Indiana
• Meets requirements for credentialing and privileging with Indiana University Health
