About the role
An outpatient neurologist is sought to join a multidisciplinary team at a nationally recognized suburban Indiana hospital, recently awarded for quality stroke care. The hospital serves as the region’s largest teaching center outside Indianapolis, supporting three residency programs and medical students.
This 100% outpatient position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm) with a 4-day workweek option. The role includes 36 hours of patient-facing time, with the remainder dedicated to administrative duties. No call is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurological care to adult patients, treating conditions such as migraines, seizures, post-stroke care, Parkinson’s, MS, Alzheimer’s/dementia, myasthenia gravis, tremors, and neuropathy.
- Collaborate with a well-established team of neurologists and neurohospitalists.
- Teach and mentor residents and medical students.
- Participate in quality initiatives, including stroke care programs.
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in neurology.
- Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure.
- Visa sponsorship available for H-1B candidates.
