Deliver critical diagnostic assessments and tailored treatments to individuals facing mental and emotional challenges. Provide counseling to individuals, groups, families, and couples, focusing on prevention and addressing a wide array of mental health issues.
Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus by maintaining excellent attendance and performance within your first 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients and their natural supports to develop and implement effective service plans.
- Explain available clinical options to patients and their supports, identifying advantages and disadvantages.
- Provide clinically appropriate psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable ethical codes, rules, and regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for coordination and communication with other systems where clinical knowledge of the case is crucial.
- Assist in screening and coordinating integrated services for patients.
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure the provision of all covered services identified on the service plan, including referrals to community services.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessments of the patient and their supports, modifying the service plan as necessary.
- Participate in individual and group supervision that meets standards set by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- Maintain client records.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
- Current or pending Arizona license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D) with a commitment to ethical practice.
- Exceptional teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation.
- Valid BLS certification and Arizona fingerprint clearance.
- Forward-thinking approach to telehealth.
- Experience working within an EMR system (Advance MD preferred).
- Enthusiasm for a performance-based compensation plan.
Pay
Compensation is based on experience and licensure status:
- Independent Level: $80,000 – $88,000
This is a W-2 position with the opportunity to increase take-home pay through our Pay-for-Performance (P4P) compensation model.
Schedule
Hybrid: 4 days remote and 1 day onsite each week.
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
