About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in Wisconsin to join its fast‑growing behavioral health practice. Therapists provide 100% outpatient care—no nights, hospital calls, or weekends—delivering evidence‑based, medically driven mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and adults in a modern office or via telehealth.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults

Compensation

• Salary range: $84,000 – $113,000 annually
• Sign‑on bonus for full‑time hires
• Unlimited/uncapped earnings based on productivity
