Independent Test Lead with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead independent testing and validation activities for BMx systems and releases.
• Develop test strategies, acceptance criteria, and validation approaches.
• Manage integration, regression, operational, and release testing efforts.
• Capture and manage test data, defects, and test results.
• Coordinate testing activities independent from development teams.
• Validate modernization initiatives, interface behavior, and deployment readiness.
• Support operational readiness reviews and release certification activities.
• Maintain and monitor testing metrics, defect trends, and quality indicators.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software testing experience supporting enterprise release validation.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Experience with Integration testing, Regression testing, Automated testing, Selenium/UFT, Release validation, Test strategy development.
