The Independent Living Residential Services Director oversees a team of residential staff who provide care and support to individuals living independently in residential settings. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential facilities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Foster a safe and inclusive living environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, healthcare)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential care management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
