Independent Living Residential Services Director

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Independent Living Residential Services Director to lead the residential services at our Legacy Village of Stillwater facility in Stillwater, OK. The position requires an attentive problem solver with a collaborative spirit and a strong commitment to serving others.

Responsibilities

- Oversee residential care services to ensure appropriate meeting of residents' medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, and social needs. - Coordinate with staff and residents' families to ensure each individual's needs are met and support their quality of life. - Work with the marketing team to develop new strategies for promoting services and attracting new residents.

- Proficiency with Outlook and scheduling programs. - Sharp attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Skilled with technology. - Strategic mindset for problem-solving and finding solutions. - Affinity for being around people, forming quality relationships, and having vital conversations with residents, staff, and family members. - Adaptable and flexible mindset.
