About the role
The Chabert name has been in Louisiana insurance since 1977. Our Baton Rouge office has won Best of Baton Rouge two years running, and we're growing.
Responsibilities
- Quote and close home, auto, and flood insurance for new clients
- Work leads that come into the agency and build your own referral sources
- Hand finish clients to the service team, then get back on the phone
Requirements
- At least a year of sales experience
- A P&C license is a big plus. If you're not licensed yet, we'll help you get there
- You're comfortable on the phone. Most of this job is talking to people

- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships

Pay
$45,000 to $75,000 expected first year. Base salary plus uncapped commission, plus renewals that build every year you're here.

Monday to Friday, in person at our office on S Sherwood Forest Blvd.
