Independent HR Advisor -- AI Practice (Founding Partner Network)

About the role

This is a founding partner role, not a salaried W2 position.

Responsibilities

• Discover more Work & Labor Issues Advertising & Marketing
• Build a complete operating system for an independent HR AI advisory practice.
• Deliver engagements to companies under your own name and brand.
• Use The Measure: an AI-readiness diagnostic your clients complete, with a branded readout you deliver.
• Create a strategic plan generator that turns the diagnostic into a client-ready plan.
• Map workflow and provide an enablement curriculum for the delivery work.
• Develop the client-getting playbook: outreach templates, messages that book calls, and how to talk about this so buyers say yes.
• Prepare proposal and pricing templates, so you quote with confidence instead of guessing.
• Start with a practice, not a to-do list for full engagements.
• Own every client relationship and set your own fees.

Requirements

• You have led HR, People, or Talent at a company (Director level or above).
• You run an independent practice now, or plan to within 6 months.
• You have a network or early clients you could approach in the next 90 days.
• You want a proven system, not a blank page.

Qualifications

• You are selected based on your experience and network.
• You will help shape the network as it grows.

Skills

• Experience leading HR, People, or Talent at a company (Director level or above).
• Experience running an independent practice.
• Network or early clients ready for engagement.
• Desire for a proven system.

Pay

The pay range for this role is between $75,000 and $300,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
