About the role
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial carpet cleaning contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region. We manage facility maintenance for a wide range of properties - including offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial spaces - and are looking to partner with professionals who can deliver consistent, high-quality carpet care in active commercial environments.

- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven experience in commercial carpet cleaning (required)
- Knowledge of: Hot water extraction / steam cleaning, Low-moisture / encapsulation methods, Proper chemical use and stain treatment, Professional-grade equipment (portable or truck-mounted systems)
- General liability insurance (required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to work in occupied commercial environments
