About the role
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial carpet cleaning contractors to support their growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region. They manage facility maintenance for a wide range of properties, including offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial spaces.

- Understand that consistency = long-term income
- Want steady commercial work without chasing customers
- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven experience in commercial carpet cleaning (required)
- Knowledge of: Hot water extraction / steam cleaning, Low-moisture / encapsulation methods, Proper chemical use and stain treatment, Professional-grade equipment (portable or truck-mounted systems)
- General liability insurance (required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to mobilize
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to work in occupied commercial environments
