Responsibilities
- Resolve issues: Own the process of resolving issues with purchase orders such as routing, labeling, first cost, EDI transmission issues, and UPC set-up by partnering with DC staff, sales, demand, and customers
- Foster relationships with Independent customers to enhance partnerships and create excellent customer service
- Be a team-player: Facilitate collaboration with brand partners and logistics as needed to resolve data, timing, shipping issues and accelerations as needed
- Create and execute on strategies that optimize our business objectives while reducing risks related to intellectual property in the areas of product design, distribution, and marketing
- Partnering with the team to identify consistent issues and take action to create/ implement new efficiencies or processes
- Monitor delivery: Follow up on delivery to proactively monitor and resolve problems affecting better profit and timeliness of delivery
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business Fashion Merchandising or Supply Chain, preferred
- 1-3 years Retail / Wholesale experience (B2B Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) required
