The Incoming Tour Specialist position at Renata Travel DMC focuses on improving traveler-fit planning while supporting incoming DMC operations across Sardinia, Sicily, Corsica, and Italy. This role involves specialized execution for tailor-made programs, excursions, transfers, groups, MICE, and coordination with local partners. The work ensures visibility of owners, evidence, and next actions within incoming DMC operations.

- Apply Travel Documentation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Trip Research decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around MICE Program Support, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.
Day-to-Day Priorities
- Coordinate the Incoming Tour Specialist workflow by helping the team compare tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
- Review the workflow by assisting with supplier or booking follow-up.
- Maintain the workflow by documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
- Track the workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
- Own the workflow by researching destinations and products against stated needs.
Expected Contribution
Strong performance is demonstrated through fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious. Success is measured by the accuracy, security, traceability, and readiness of traveler-fit planning for the next authorized teammate.

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$64,000 per year.
